In addition to the care that The Westland Corporation takes directly, we are also working with all of our partner organizations that may at some point handle personal information gathered by us in the course of their relationship with and service to us. Each third party partner has agreed to meet our standards of privacy, confidentiality and security.
All Employees and third party staff who in any way handle or manage Personal Information have acknowledged and agreed to adhere to our privacy standards and the procedures that support meeting those standards.

Other individuals within The Westland Corporation may be delegated to act on behalf of the Privacy Officer or to take responsibility for the day-to-day collection and/or processing of personal information.
Websites owned by The Westland Corporation may be subject to specific Privacy Policies posted on those sites. In cases where there are conflicts between this policy and the privacy policy on the website, the website’s privacy policy shall have primacy.
